  • Offered in 30 and 60 min remote sessions to address primary complaints within the body that may be informed by emotional, physical, or pathogenic causes.

    $120/$200

  • Evaluation and treatment of specific region(s) of pain or dysfunction, incorporating Pilates-based rehabilitation, visceral mobilization, neural mobilization, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and energy healing as needed. Sessions are 60 min and in-person only.

    $225 eval/$200 follow up

  • This is a 60 min session, either virtual or in-person, where we do a deep dive into your own personal development and reconnection to self. We will examine limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, intuition development, and unlocking of your unique gifts to help you move through this human existence in highest alignment.

  • 60 minute remote energy healing session focused on your furry friend to address pain, dysfunction or behavioral concerns from a multi-dimensional perspective.
